Terms of Service

By purchasing from our shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review them regularly before making a purchase.


1. General Terms

All sales are subject to these Terms of Service. By completing a purchase, you agree to follow all shop policies, including refund, replacement, and dispute rules. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any part of these terms at our discretion.


2. Token Terms

All token-based products include a 1-hour warranty from the time of delivery.

After this 1-hour period, any flagged, limited, or unusable tokens are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Replacements will only be considered if:

  • the order was not delivered, and
  • we fail to complete delivery within 24 hours

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • unsafe tools
  • third-party software
  • buyer misuse
  • user-side mistakes or handling errors

For trial-based services, including renewals or converted trial periods, we are not responsible for:

  • revoked Nitro
  • failed renewals
  • shortened duration
  • early service termination


3. Refund and Replacement Policy

We guarantee that products will be delivered as described at the time of purchase.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product becomes unusable due to an issue directly caused by us.


Time-Based Products

For products with a fixed duration, partial refunds or replacements may be issued based on the unused time remaining.

Used time will be deducted from the total value of the product.


Example:
If a 30-day product stops working on Day 25, the first 25 days are considered used, and only the remaining 5 days may qualify for a refund or replacement.


No Refunds or Replacements

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • fully used products
  • expired products
  • buyer misuse
  • issues caused by the buyer’s device, setup, or environment
  • problems outside of our direct control


4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our shop.

Before opening a dispute, you must contact us first and allow us the opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • the problem is proven to be on our side, and
  • valid evidence of non-functionality is provided


5. Payment Terms

If a payment is incomplete, underpaid, or otherwise insufficient, the transaction will not qualify for a refund.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received.



6. Category-Specific Terms

Members

If Discord bans or limits the tokens used for member-related services, no refund or replacement will be provided.


Boosts

If Discord revokes Nitro, removes boosts, or bans the tokens used, we are not responsible and no compensation will be given.

If the invite link provided is invalid, expired, broken, or not permanent, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Boost keys must be redeemed within 5 days of delivery. After this period, the key may become unusable, out of stock, or revoked. Any refund or replacement after 5 days is entirely at our discretion.


Promo Links

If a promo link is banned, revoked, terminated, or otherwise becomes unusable after delivery, it will not qualify for a refund or replacement.



7. Final Agreement

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept all terms listed above. Failure to follow these terms may result in refusal of service, cancellation of support, or permanent ban from future purchases.
